| SNEPCo constituted an independent Multi-Stakeholder Team (MST) to manage the process of addressing the representations from the various government agencies with respect to the Mystery Spill and make recommendations on the appropriate modalities and scope of the palliatives to be provided, in an open, transparent, and objective manner devoid of emotions, and with no liability to SNEPCo. Secretarial support for the MST was provided by New Nigeria Foundation. |
