| NNF was contracted to provide a comprehensive M&E plan that included a plan for baseline data collection for the Science laboratories, chest clinics, e-libraries, and libraries constructed by Star Deep before the projects become operational. The activities (operations and usage of facilities) were monitored and the achievement of the objectives was evaluated.
