Oluwatosin Adebusuyi

Oluwatosin Adebusuyi is a Public Health and Development professional with demonstrated history of managing development projects and working in the non-profit sector for over 12 years across various areas including adolescent and youth health and development, health education and promotion, community development, advocacy, research, and entrepreneurship development. 'Tosin has a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (First Class Honours) from Babcock University, Ogun state.
and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from University of Glasgow, United
Kingdom. She is an alumna of the International Visitor Leadership Program
(IVLP), the US Department of State's pioneer professional exchange program,
having been nominated by the US Consulate General, Lagos to participate in the
programme in March 2023. She is also a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI)
alumna, having participated in the leadership development programme in Ghana in
2016.
Tosin has designed, managed, monitored,
evaluated and provided technical support to donor-funded multi-sectoral
projects which advance Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 3, 4, 5, 8 and
10, some of which were funded by the US Consulate, Lagos, USAID, Aspire
Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation, oil and gas companies and private sector
organizations.
She
enjoys facilitating capacity building sessions that equip people with required
knowledge and skills to make informed decisions and get better results at what
they do. She has been recognised for her skills through a nomination and
receipt of an Award of Excellence in Capacity Building by the Osun Youth
Ambassador Awards in May 2019. Tosin envisions a world where young people live
healthy, productive and impactful lives in a thriving society.
