LIFE BELOW WATER

The attention of the world was redirected to how the activities of humans on land impact the creatures below water as New Nigeria Foundation joined other Civil Society Organisations and government agencies at the monthly Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Dialogue and 3rd anniversary of Agenda 2030 & SDGs that held at the United Nations Information Center, Lagos on Tuesday, 26th September 2018. The dialogue focused on the fourteen goal of the SDGs – Life below Water with the theme titled “The Imperatives of Sustainable Use of the Oceans, Seas and Marine Resources in the Quest for Sustainable Development in Nigeria”. The Foundation was represented by Mrs. Chikodi Chiedo, Mrs. Patience Ogwara, Mr. Olalekan Olapeju and Ms. Bukola Babayeju at this event that hosted over 70 participants (39 females and 31 males).
