Director, Programmes

Bunmi is a Director, Programmes. In this role, she serves as project team leader, resource person and facilitator, working with other staff members to undertake development research, studies and implement sustainable development programmes being undertaken by the Foundation. Before joining NNF in 2012, she worked at Cranfield Training Consult, Action Health Incorporated and Daily Times of Nigeria PLC as Consulting Partner, Programme Manager and Senior Staff Writer/Line Editor respectively. Bunmi has extensive experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation; communications, documentation and institutional capacity building. She has wide field experience in various sectors especially health and education and is currently involved in some Agricultural and Climate Change initiatives. She has worked as a consultant for various local, national and international agencies including CEDPA Nigeria (Akwa Ibom state); British Council (Abuja); Management Strategies for Africa (Abuja); Ogun State Action Committee on HIV and AIDS (Ogun SACA); among others, Bunmi holds a Master of Science degree in Sociology (University of Lagos), Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication (University of Lagos) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics (University of Ilorin, Kwara State).
