Bertram has been extensively involved in planning, designing, coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects in the Niger Delta region for many years. He has experience in development programming covering poverty alleviation, rural development, institutional development and capacity building. Bertram has academic qualifications in multiple disciplines including a Master of Science degree in Logistics and Transport Management (in-view); Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing; Professional Diploma in Safety and Security Management; and Certificate in Community-Driven Development (CDD).
